Smoked Rosemary Burrata Salad

  1. Build the base
    Add the lettuce to a large bowl or serving plate and scatter over the baby tomatoes.
  2. Layer it up
    Tear the burrata gently over the top, then sprinkle over the mixed seeds and a generous handful of Smoked Rosemary Almonds.
  3. Dress & finish
    Drizzle with EVOO and black garlic balsamic. Season with Maldon salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve fresh
