Matcha Margarita

🧾 Ingredients:

• Blanco tequila - 25ml 
• Fresh lime juice - 25ml
• Agave syrup - 10ml
• High-quality ceremonial grade matcha - 1tsp
• Water (for dissolving matcha) - 25ml
• Ice cubes

For the rim:
• Lime wedge
• Sea salt
• Matcha

🥄 Method:
1. Rim your glass with lime juice & dip into salt-matcha mix
2. In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with water until smooth (no lumps).
3. In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, agave syrup & whisked matcha.
4. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
5. Strain into a coupe
6. Garnish with fresh sage & thyme
7. Enjoy alongside NALO Smoked Rosemary Almonds!
