🧾 Ingredients:

1½ cups water

2 tea bags or loose-leaf tea

Fresh ginger (½ inch, chopped or grated)

4 green cardamom pods
-
½ tsp fennel seeds
-
2 peppercorns
-
Chai masala (store-bought is absolutely fine)

Sugar or jaggery, to taste

½ cup milk of choice
🥄 Method:

Start the brew
Heat the water in a saucepan and add:-
Tea
-
Ginger
-
Cardamom pods
-
Fennel seeds
-
Peppercorns
-
A pinch of chai masala

Bring to life
Let everything come to a rolling boil — your kitchen should start smelling incredible. -
Sweeten & soften
Add sugar or jaggery, followed by the milk of your choice. -
Simmer
Bring back to the boil, then simmer gently for 2 minutes. -
Strain & serve
Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy
