Cherry Whisky Sour

Ingredients:

• 30ml bourbon
• 25ml Bellamie
• 15ml crème de cacao
• 10ml lemon juice
• 15ml orange juice
• Egg white (from 1 egg)
• 2 bar spoons honey
• 2 dashes cocoa bitters (optional)
• Dark cherry chocolate, grated (to finish)


Directions:

  1. Dry shake first
    Add all ingredients (except the chocolate) to a shaker without ice. Shake well to emulsify the egg white and create a smooth, silky foam
  2. Shake again
    Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Strain & serve
    Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  4. Finish with flair
    Grate dark cherry chocolate over the top for a rich, indulgent finish.
